The building consists of a massive base - a low body with public functions of the first and parking on the second floor and two seven-story volumes built of used sea containers. Both housings are connected with a massive core containing vertical communications and create open, green spaces for recreation on the roof of the low body. For both volumes were used 196 pieces, 40 foot used sea containers containing 330 rooms for students.
